Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Soya sauce - 2-3 table spoon
Salt - Enough
Vinegar - 1 table spoon
Capsicum - 1 (big)
Onion - 3 (big)
Green chilly - 10-15 nos
Garlic - 5-6 pieces
Oil - 3 table spoon
Ajinomoto - a pinch (optional)
Preparation:

Preparation:
Marinate the chicken with Soya sauce, vinegar and salt for half an hour. Cook the marinated chicken for 5 minutes in medium flame. Heat the oil and put the garlic pcs, fry it for one minute and then add the chopped onion, capsicum and green chilies and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked chicken along with the stock and fry for 5-10 minutes. Add ajinomoto if needed. If gravy is needed add little corn flour dissolved in water.
