Ingredients:
Red Chilies - 2 Cups
Coriander Seeds - 1 1/2 Cup
Channa Dal - 1/2 Cup
Urad Dal - 1/4 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbls
Asafetida - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - Few
Preparation:
Red Chilies - 2 Cups
Coriander Seeds - 1 1/2 Cup
Channa Dal - 1/2 Cup
Urad Dal - 1/4 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbls
Asafetida - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - Few
Preparation:
Clean all the above said ingredients. Fry each of them separately with very little oil. Allow them to cool. Grind in a mixer to a fine powder. Store in a well cleaned and sterilized jar.
