Ingredients:
Rice flakes - 2 cup
Oil – 1 ½ tbs.
Asafetida – ¾ tsp.
Mustard – 1 tsp.
Green chilies - 4
Garlic - 3
Roasted Groundnut - ½ cup
Cashew nuts - ¼ cup.
Sugar – 1tbsp
Turmeric - ¼ tsp.
Desiccated coconut - ¼ cup
Preparation:

Preparation:
Heat kadai and fry the rice flakes till they are crisp. Remove from fire. Now add oil to the kadai. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida.when mustard starts cracking add green chillies, minced garlic and fry for sometime. Now add groundnuts, cashew nuts, desiccated coconut & fry for somemore time. Add turmeric, rice flakes, salt and sugar and fry for 2 minutes.remove from fire and store in an airtight container.
