Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1 medium
Onion - 1 large
Tomato - 2 medium
Chili powder - 2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbs
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbs
Coriander leaves - 1 Bunch
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Cauliflower - 1 medium

Preparation:
Cut the cauliflower into medium size pieces. Put this into warm water and drain it. Chop onion and tomatoes in to slices. Finely mince the coriander leaves. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till onions turn brown. Add cauliflower pieces, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Fry till cauliflower become tender. Add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Fry for few more minutes. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves. Serve with poori or chapatti's.
